The role

We are looking for a Marketing Manager to lead commercial communications aimed at Twind's supplier community. We have a hybrid model: a product-led growth with sales assist for bigger accounts. You will be responsible for making sure suppliers receive clear, coherent and valuable messages throughout their entire journey, across multiple channels, for supporting their conversion to paid plans and their growth as users.

This is a role with real ownership: you design the communication strategy, and you also execute it, working side by side with the Marketing, Product and Sales teams.

What you will do

  • Design and execute a coordinated multichannel communication strategy, to ensure coherence across touchpoints.
  • Own the supplier communications calendar, balancing product messages with valuable content that helps suppliers get the most out of the platform and their compliance.
  • Define and execute strong commercial marketing campaigns for upsell and trial conversion.
  • Adapt messages to the different supplier profiles, translating segmentation into relevant communications for each one.
  • Create value-add campaigns and programs that help our users on their day to day, such as webinars, lead magnets, blog posts, etc.
  • Closely collaborate Growth, Product Marketing and Sales so that commercial communication and the product experience tell one consistent story.
  • Measure the impact of your programs and use those learnings to improve, making decisions based on results.

What we are looking for

  • Excellent communication and commercial copywriting skills, with the ability to turn value propositions into clear and persuasive messages.
  • A channel-agnostic mindset: you think about communication in a coordinated way inside and outside the product, not in silos.
  • The ability to work cross-functionally with Marketing, Product and Sales, adding value and coordination without losing agility.
  • Ability to create reports and interpret data to understand the impact of your programs, opportunity areas and continuous improvement.
  • Works independently, proposes initiatives without waiting to be asked.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity; ships and iterates.
  • Fluent Spanish and English. Portuguese, Italian or French are a plus.

Nice to have

Previous experience with self-serve products or product-led growth environments. Experience in B2B SaaS. Knowledge of CRO and in-product communication tools.

What we offer

  • The chance to join a high-performing team and take real ownership, with visible impact on the business.
  • Being part of an international B2B SaaS scale-up that is growing fast and is profitable, with products live across several European markets and Latin America.
  • Genuine cross-functional exposure, working shoulder to shoulder with Growth, PMM and Sales in a role where your work reaches users directly.
  • A multi-market, multilingual environment where localization and international thinking are part of the everyday.
  • Room to grow: a role you can shape and expand as the supplier motion matures.
  • Hybrid working model, with 3 days a week in our office in Pozuelo. Vía de las Dos Castillas, 33. Building 7, 3rd Floor. 28224 Pozuelo de Alarcón (Madrid).
  • Reduced working hours on Fridays, during summer, and on your birthday: from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
  • Office equipped with a coffee machine, fridge, microwave, and snacks for your breaks. The meeting point (and coffee spot) never disappoints.
  • Access to Corporate Benefits (employee discounts platform).
  • Access to flexible compensation benefits, including transportation, meal vouchers, childcare support, and private health insurance.
